I have the honour to acknow-

307 of the 3rd May last, and to inform

you that I have approved the issue to

hr Lethbridge of a pension at the rate

of £45.16.8 a year.

baking as its basis the average salery

at the date of transfer instead of the

actuat final salary which in such cases may be

taken under Regulation 20 of the Schedule
